EPWORTH CAMP & RETREAT CENTER OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Build community while having loads of fun. Enjoy natural beauty of woods and river. Appropriate for families, intergenerational gatherings, youth or adult groups. Epworth can accommodate groups of 2 to 106. Certified instructors lead all activities.
Totally Individualized with your group, lots of flexibility.

Sample Outdoor Adventures:

Half Day (2-4 hours) for group of 2-6
Team building activities, low ropes, caving $100
Or
Team building activities, high ropes, canoeing $100
Full Day (5-8 hours) for group of 2-6
Team building activities, low ropes, canoeing and caving
Bring your own lunch $175
With lunch: a large slice of Gourmet Pizza and soda $200
Sample Overnight for group of 2-6 $475
Friday evening (2-4 hours) team building games and campfire with smores
Lodging in heated cabins with kitchens, bring sleeping bags and pillows
*Adult supervisor required for every 5 children under 18
Saturday
Breakfast: gourmet bagels, cream cheese, hot and cold beverages
AM 3-4 hours of canoeing and caving with high energy snack
Lunch: gourmet pizza and soda
PM 2-3 hours of high ropes with high energy snack

Outdoor Adventure for Larger groups:

7-12 Persons Half Day $20/person
Full Day, bring your own lunch $30/person
Full Day with lunch $35/person
Sample Overnight listed above $80/person

13-24 Persons Half Day $18/person
Full Day, bring your own lunch $27/person
Full Day with lunch $32/person
Sample Overnight listed above $75/person

Reservations or inquiries:
Please call (845) 687-0215 or write info@epworthcenter.com. Reservations can be made by phone or email but must be confirmed by a 50% deposit within 2 weeks of the confirmed booking. Reserved dates will become open to the public if a deposit is not received by 2 weeks.

Refund policy
Refunds will be granted minus a $50 processing fee up until 30 days before the scheduled event. Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled event will unfortunately result in the loss of the 50% deposit.

Helpful Hints:
1. Epworth summer schedule is very full. If you seek a summer Outdoor Adventure date inquire as early as possible.

2. If your group includes children under 18 who are not accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, written parental permission is required. Such permission should include medical and emergency contact information.
