                            Programing Process

Dianova conducts Low Ropes Teambuilding, High Ropes Challenge, and Environmental Education Programs that focus on:
                            • Building Self Esteem & Self-Confidence
                            • Leadership Development
                            • Collaborative Communication and Conflict Management
                            • Making Positive Choices
                            • Environmental Awareness
                            • Physical and Emotional well-being
                            • Problem solving & Creative Thinking

We consult with each of our clients to develop and deliver customized programs that are designed to support specific organizational goals.

Experiential Education is the core methodology upon which our programs are built.  In this approach, a facilitator actively engages with participants as they focus on cooperation, creative thinking, decision-making, problem solving, collaborative conflict management, and assuming responsibility for their choices.

During the program we conduct in-process reviews, soliciting participant input about their individual, collective and self-discovery during the activities. Discussion is encouraged about their specific strengths and challenges. To maintain momentum, we develop connectivity between activities (i.e. a ‘storyline’) and create ‘teachable moments’ that emphasize the value of the skills learned and multiple ways that they can be implemented in various situations.

Relevancy is achieved by asking the participants to articulate real-life examples of situations where they could put these new or enhanced life skills to use.

At program end, our group leader conducts a focused reflection with questions designed to extract meaningful feedback, identifying and imprinting learned values and concepts. This enables us to end the program with a 'Call to Action’, where participants identify what they can do to 'own the experience’. This keeps the momentum going after the program is over, enabling them to become more confident, motivated, caring, and successful members of their communities.
